POWER Project
Cossatot's POWER project assists students who want to become teachers or nurses (LPN/RN). Becoming a POWER participant is free. To qualify, you must be a Cossatot student who is working towards getting credentials to become a licensed teacher, a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN).

As a part of President Biden's Strengthening Community Colleges initiative, the US Department of Labor funds the POWER project until February 2027. Our POWER grant is designed to help nursing and education students become credentialed professionals.
